Visit the "Plans" page - use the QR code to make your payment, visit the "Book your Appointment" page to secure your slot, fill in preliminary details for the one-on-one session.
Step 3: One-on-One Session with the Diet Coach
A dedicated online consultation where you and the coach discuss your health history, eating patterns, preferences, and goals in detail. This session helps uncover root causes, clarify priorities, and set a clear direction before your personalized plan is built.
Step 4: Plan Design
Precise Eats builds a flexible, personalized plan that fits your routine.
Step 5: Plan Handover
A quick discussion call with the diet coach to make things clear.
Step 6: Implementation and Support
You’ll receive constant WhatsApp support at this stage to ensure consistency and compliance, while also addressing challenges/queries.
Step 7: Follow-Up Reviews (Not applicable to the one-time plan)
Regular follow-ups to troubleshoot challenges, adjust portions, timing, or recipes, review symptoms, energy, mood, and sleep.
Step 8: Plan Refinement
Your plan evolves with your routine - new schedules, seasons, travel, or health updates. The focus stays on sustainable habits and peaceful living. The Diet Coach makes necessary changes and essential tweaks to your diet plan, followed by another short discussion call.
Step 9: Maintenance & Long-Term Care
Regular follow-up calls as desired by the Diet Coach and you, and weekly check-ins.
